Welcome to 2019!

It’s a whole new year, and we’ve got some brand new art to share with you over January. Usually the first month of the year is a vague time where nothing really happens but we promise to keep it interesting. The New Year brings you some amazing short stories, a delightful monster comic, and, some gorgeous film photography. As well as publishing our Features we’re also launching our Digital Zine Marketplace! Which is always open for submissions by the way. So really there’s a lot going on this month already.

This month we have a very cool call out poster designed by the one and only Madi Ryan, which you might have seen already in The Eye Creative Magazine!

You’ve got till January 28th to get your work in to us.

Patreon & Funding This Thing

If you didn’t see our unfun announcement back in December, we have unfortunately had to reduce our contributor payments from AUD$50 to AUD$25.

You can read more about it here. It was a tough call to make but the reality is, digging ourselves into debt doesn’t make for a successful arts publication. So many online journals have closed down in recent months, we don’t want Baby Teeth to be forced to do the same.

If you love this little journal and are able to support us financially feel free to check out our Patreon. We give our Patrons lots of great perks in return for their support, as well as our undying love/gratitude. At the moment the funding goal is $250 per month. This would allow us to bring the contributor payments back up again.
